燃气壁挂炉的安装与调试十个要点
一、安装前的准备工作
1. Preparation before installation
选择安装位置时，应考虑如下几个因素：
When choosing the installation location, the following factors should be considered:
燃气管路与壁挂炉的连接应符合燃气管道的相关规范；
The connection of gas pipeline and wall hanging furnace should be in accordance with the relevant specifications of gas pipeline.
水力管路与壁挂炉的连接应符合水力管道的相关规范；
The connection of hydraulic pipeline and wall hanging furnace should conform to the relevant specification of hydraulic pipe;
电气部分与壁挂炉的连接应符合电气的相关规范；
The connection between the electrical part and the wall hanging furnace should accord with the related specification of electric;
烟道管的安装连接应符合壁挂炉相应的要求；
The installation and connection of flue tube shall conform to the corresponding requirements of wall hanging furnace;
壁挂炉的安装环境应符合相应的环境要求；
The installation environment of wall hanging furnace should meet the corresponding environmental requirements.
二、开箱检查
Ii. Open box inspection
首先检查外包装型号是否相符；
First check whether the outer packing model matches;
打开包装，检查壁挂炉型号是否相符。
Open the package and check whether the model of the wall hanging furnace matches.
壁挂炉包装箱内应具备如下材料：
The wall hanging furnace packing box shall have the following materials:
1.安装和服务指南；
1. Installation and service guidelines;
2.操作指南；
2. Operational guidelines;
3.安装挂图、安装挂件；
3. Install the wall chart and install the trailer;
4.产品质保单。
4. Product quality policy.
标配烟道及燃气变径（另外包装）。
Standard flue gas and gas diameter (other packing).
三、位置选择
3. Location selection
建筑物的下列房间和部位可安装壁挂炉：
The following rooms and parts of the building may be fitted with wall-mounted furnaces:
1.厨房；
1. The kitchen.
2.设备间；
2. Equipment room;
3.封闭阳台；
3. Closed the balcony;
4.外廊/未封闭的阳台（均应设有防风、雨、雪、防冻设施）。

建筑物的下列房间和部位不得安装壁挂炉：

1.卧室、起居室和浴室等生活房间；

2.楼梯和安全出口附近（5m以外可不受限制）；

4.使用液化石油气的壁挂炉不得安装在地下室或半地下室。

四、炉体安装
Iv. Furnace installation
壁挂炉安装应符合下列规定：
Wall hanging furnace installation shall meet the following requirements:
应安装在经受得住高温的承重墙体上；
It should be installed on the load-bearing wall.
安装应牢固，保持竖直不得倾斜；
The installation should be firm and vertical;
应便于采暖供回水管道和生活冷热水管道的连接；
It should be convenient for the heating and backwater pipe and the life cold hot water pipe connection;
安装场所地面最低点应设置地漏；
The floor floor of the installation site should be set for floor leakage;
泄压水管和冷凝炉的冷凝水管应用PVC管连接至地漏处（注意须留有间隙）；
The condensate pipe of the drainpipe and condensing furnace is connected to the floor of the floor by the PVC pipe (note that the clearance is required);
外置水箱距离不超过3m（请注意各品牌不同）。
The external tank is no more than 3m (please note different brands).
五、烟管的安装要点
Key points of smoke pipe installation
须安装在稳固的墙体上，出墙端口不少于15cm，做好固定，并考虑维修拆装工作的方便性；
Must be installed on the solid wall, the wall port is not less than 15cm, be fixed, and consider the convenience of the maintenance and disassembly work;
严禁将烟管插入公共烟道；
It is strictly forbidden to insert the pipe into the public flue.
烟管总长不能超过最大限定尺寸（普通炉不大于4m，冷凝炉不大于8m）；
The total length of the pipe shall not exceed the maximum limit size (the ordinary furnace is not larger than 4m, and the condenser is not larger than 8m);
普通壁挂炉水平烟管须向下倾斜3度，冷凝炉水平烟管须向上倾斜3度；
The horizontal smoke tube of ordinary wall hanging furnace must be inclined down 3 degrees, and the horizontal smoke tube of the condensing furnace must be inclined up to 3 degrees.
烟管连接时应保证有良好的气密性，排气管与吸气管不能相互串气；
When the pipe is connected, there should be good air tightness. The exhaust pipe can not be connected with the suction tube.
排烟出口应考虑其他相邻烟道的距离；
Smoke exit should consider the distance of other adjacent flue;
烟气挡流圈应根据烟管的类型和最大长度，按说明书的规定设置；
The flue gas baffle ring should be set according to the type and maximum length of the smoke tube according to the specification.
烟道垂直部分超过25cm时，为避免烟道中的冷凝水倒流入壁挂炉，应在烟道接口处安装收集器用于收集并排出冷凝水。
When the vertical part of the flue is more than 25cm, the collector should be installed in the flue joint to collect condensation water to avoid the pouring of condensate into the wall hanging furnace in the flue.
六、壁挂炉燃气管道的连接
The connection of the wall hanging furnace gas pipeline
燃气管道与壁挂炉的连接必须采用专用燃气管道，并在炉前设置燃气专用阀门；
The connection of gas pipe and wall hanging furnace must be used for special gas pipeline, and gas valve shall be set in front of the furnace;
炉体燃气接口A为6分活接；
The furnace gas interface A is 6;
燃气管道应满足壁挂炉最大输入功率（负荷）的需要；
The gas pipeline shall meet the requirements of the maximum input power (load) of the wall hanging furnace;
如管线较长，应根据压降适当调整放大管径。
If the pipeline is longer, the enlarged pipe diameter should be adjusted according to the pressure drop.
七、壁挂炉水路管道的连接
7. Connection of wall hanging furnace waterway pipeline
管道通径应不小于炉体的接管直径；
The pipe diameter shall not be less than the pipe diameter of the furnace.
管线较长时，通常须放大一档管径；
When the pipeline is long, it is usually necessary to enlarge a tube diameter.
流量和阻力损失应符合设计要求；
Loss of flow and resistance should meet design requirements;
供暖系统的最高处和散热器上部应设置自动排气阀；
The ceiling of the heating system and the upper part of the radiator should be installed automatic exhaust valve.
供暖系统最低处应设置排水排污阀；
The lowest point of the heating system shall be the discharge valve.
供暖系统回水管上应安装过滤器；
Filter should be installed on the heating system back pipe;
采暖水进出口、冷水进口应设阀门；
Valve shall be set for the import and export of warm water and cold water.
供水压力应不超过3Bar，否则须增设减压阀；
Water supply pressure should not exceed 3Bar, otherwise additional pressure reducing valve must be added;
有冻坏隐患时，须做好设备和管路管件的防冻保护措施；
The protection measures for the protection of the equipment and pipe fittings should be done when the danger is frozen.
采暖水系统的注水压力不应小于1Bar。
The water injection pressure of the heating water system should not be less than 1Bar.
八、电气部分的连接
Connection of electrical parts
壁挂炉应使用220V±（10%）/50Hz单相交流电源；
Wall hanging furnace shall use 220V plus or minus (10%) / 50Hz single-phase ac power supply;
壁挂炉的所有连接管道均不得用作任何电器设备的接地；
All connection pipes of the wall hanging furnace shall not be used for grounding of any electrical equipment;
壁挂炉应有可靠的电气接地；
Wall hanging furnace should have reliable electrical grounding;
电源线路的保险丝不大于16A；
The fuse of power line is not greater than 16A;
电源线的截面积应不小于3×1.0㎜²；
Cross section area of the power cord should not be less than 3 x 1.0 ㎜ squared;
必须使用标准三孔插头连接电源。
A standard three-hole plug must be used to connect the power.
九、温控器的连接
9. Connection of the thermostat
可配置周编程室内温控；
Configurable weekly programmable indoor temperature control;
可配置时间控制器；
Configurable time controller;
须安装在室内温度稳定的区域；
Must be installed in the indoor temperature stable area;
不应安装在门窗附近及受到冷风、太阳光的区域；
Should not be installed near the doors and Windows and the area of cold wind and sunshine;
室内温控器的控制回路应与电源系统隔离。温控器关闭状态下和工作状态下均不得影响壁挂炉防冻功能的启动。
The control circuit of the indoor thermostat should be isolated from the power system. When the thermostat is closed and under working condition, the anti-freeze function of wall hanging furnace shall not be affected.
十、水箱温度传感器的连接
10. Connection of water tank temperature sensor
建议使用各品牌配置的水箱温度传感器，否则壁挂炉不能正常运行，且不享受质保（此条款须询问清楚）；
It is recommended to use the water tank temperature sensor which is configured by each brand, otherwise the wall hanging furnace can not operate normally and not enjoy the warranty (this clause should be made clear);
如果需要加长线体，加长规格必须与原配线体的规格及参数一致；
If the extension line is needed, the length of the extension must be consistent with the specifications and parameters of the original wiring body;
壁挂炉与水箱之间的安装距离不能超过3m，水箱温度传感器线体总长不能超过10m。
The installation distance between the wall hanging furnace and the water tank shall not exceed 3m, and the temperature sensor line of the tank shall not exceed 10m.

选择安装位置时，应考虑如下几个因素：

二、开箱检查

首先检查外包装型号是否相符；

壁挂炉包装箱内应具备如下材料：

四、炉体安装

五、烟管的安装要点

六、壁挂炉燃气管道的连接
