空气源热泵常见故障分析
相序、缺相、逆相保护
Phase sequence, lack phase, inverse phase protection
故障分析:
Failure analysis:

 
1、用万用表检测电路板进电的3相电源相与相之间是否都有380V电压,如有则故障可能是逆相保护,将接入机组的电源相邻的两根进线对调即可;

2、否则故障可能是缺相保护,检查接入电源或接入线是否可靠。

3、在电网维修后或自备发电设备输电品质不佳时也会有此故障出现(电源相与相电压应在380V±10%范围内)。

1、检查水流开关工作是否正常;

2、未安装水流开关的检查短接线是否正常。

出水过热保护

1、水箱实际温度是否超过设定温度;
1. Whether the actual temperature of the tank exceeds the set temperature;

 

 
2、水箱传感器放置位置不正确或水箱传感器与盲管壁没有接触紧密。
2. The position of the tank sensor is incorrect or the water tank sensor is not close to the blind wall.

 

 
3、水箱温度传感器连线断线或温度传感器阻值漂移。
The temperature sensor of the tank is disconnected or the temperature sensor is drifting.

 
高压保护
High voltage protection
故障分析:
Failure analysis:
通过压力表确认系统高压压力确实过高,则水路有故障:
The pressure gauge confirmed that the pressure of the system was too high.

 
1、循环水泵实际流量偏小 。
1. The actual flow of circulating pump is small.

 
2、水路中阀门或过滤器堵塞。
2. Blocked valves or filters in waterways.

 
3、阀门没完全打开。
The valve is not fully open.

 
4、水温设置过高。
4. Excessive water temperature setting.

 
5、换热器结垢堵塞 。
5. The heat exchanger has fouled up.

 
6、水系统中有空气。
There is air in the water system.

 
7、水系统中缺水。
Lack of water in the water system.

 

 
通过压力表确认系统高压压力没达到报警压力,则检查压力开关接线是否可靠,将接线插重新拔插可靠。停机后用万表用检测高压压力开关是否导通,如不导通则可能是压力开关坏。
The pressure gauge is confirmed to ensure that the pressure of the pressure is not met, then check whether the connection of the pressure switch is reliable. 低压保护

1、检查机组是否化霜不良,机组翅片结霜严重。

2、低于0.5MPa   重点查找氟路是否有泄漏点或堵塞。
2. Lower than 0.5mpa to find out whether the fluorine path has leaks or blockages.

 

 
3、高于0.5MPa   重点检查低压保护开关及膨胀阀。停机后用万表用检测低压压力开关是否导通,如不导通则可能是压力开关坏。
3. Higher than 0.5 MPa to check the low pressure protection switch and expansion valve. After the stop, use ten thousand meters to check whether the pressure switch with low pressure is connected, if not guide, may be the pressure switch is bad.

 
排气温度过高保护
Excessive exhaust temperature protection
故障分析:

1、机组运转状态下,查询排气温度是否超过120℃:排气温度不高可能是排气温度传感器坏、接触不良或者是电路板损坏
1, the unit operation condition, the query whether the exhaust temperature over 120 ℃, the exhaust temperature is not high probably exhaust temperature sensor, poor contact, or a bad is the damage of circuit board

 

 
2、排气温度过高,则检查高低压是否正常、膨胀阀是否微堵或制冷剂微漏(漏点处一般有油渍),必要时更换膨胀阀或重新补焊。
2. If the exhaust temperature is too high, check whether the high and low pressure is normal, whether the expansion valve is micro-blocked or the refrigerant microleak (the leakage point is generally oily), replace the expansion valve or resolder when necessary.

 

 
水位开关故障

1、高低水位接反。

1、屏蔽线中途断开、两端接插时接触不良。可通过重新插拔、更换控制面板、屏蔽线、电路板判断故障点。
1. Disconnection of the shield line and the contact at both ends. The fault point can be determined by replugging, replacing control panel, shielding wire and circuit board.

 

 
2、控制板受潮所致。

3、通讯线不是用的铜 芯线

温度传感器故障

故障分析:
Failure analysis:

 
1、此故障表明相应温度传感器要么短路、要么断路。检查相对应传感器探头电阻,在温度为25℃ 时此传感器正常阻值为5kΩ左右(排气温度传感器为80℃,50kΩ)。
1. This fault indicates that the corresponding temperature sensor can either short-circuit or break down. Check the corresponding sensor probe resistance, in normal temperature is 25 ℃ when the sensor resistance is about 5 k Ω (exhaust temperature sensor is 80 ℃, 50 k Ω).

 

 
2、如阻值正常再重新插拔确认无误后还不行则可判断为电路板故障。
2. If the resistance is normal and reinserted after confirmation, it can be judged as a circuit board failure.

 
控制面板显示屏上无显示

1、电源故障,没有电 —— 检查电源,排除故障。

2、电控板变压器故障 —— 更换同规格变压器。
2. Transformer fault of electronic control board -- replace the same specification transformer.

 

 

 
3、机组保险丝熔断 —— 更换同规格保险丝。

4、低水位没闭合 —— 将水补到超过低水位,使其闭合。

5、如主板电源正常,则需检查通讯线是否为断路。主板或显示板零部件损坏。

1、保温层安装质量不合格;隐蔽保温部分没有做好;保温不连续;回水常开。——引起热量流失大。

2、热水用水量过大引起大量冷水补入,导致机组能力跟不上水温上升的需求。

3、机组系统不正常,检查系统各参数是否正常

1、电源故障——查明原因解决电源问题

2、压缩机接触器坏——更换接触器

3、接线松脱 ——紧固松脱点

4、压缩机过热保护 ——查明热因后开机

1、盘管探头脱落 ,检查盘管探头感温位置是否准确,是否损坏 。

2、除霜参数设置不准确,重新调整好除霜参数。

3、系统缺少冷媒。

1、风扇紧固螺钉松脱——紧固松脱螺钉

3、接触器坏——更换接触器
