Generally speaking, the main materials needed for the installation of central air conditioning are as follows: cold medium tube, cold medium tube insulation cotton, divergent tube, power line, communication line, power line communication line pipe, PVC condensate drain pipe, hanger rod, clamp component, outdoor machine damping pad, wind mouth and so on.

1、冷媒管：空调系统中冷媒循环输送的管路，冷热量传递的桥梁。

1, refrigerant tube: refrigerant circulating pipe in air conditioning system, the bridge of heat and cold transfer.

1.1、选用的冷媒管壁厚和耐压性应符合技术要求。

1.1, the choice of refrigerant tube wall thickness and pressure should meet the technical requirements.

1.2、冷媒管应无砂眼，氧化，破裂等缺陷。

1.2, refrigerant tubes should be free from defects such as sand holes, oxidation and cracking.

1.3、安装要求：冷媒管路应根据管径大小，布设间距合适的吊架，套上符合要求的保温棉。

2、冷媒管保温棉：套于冷媒管路外表，防止冷媒管路冷热量的散失和制冷运行时产生冷凝水。

2.1、质量好的B1级板材与管材均印有白色字体，厂家一般为英文标识，字体不容易擦除。

2.2、质量好的拉伸后字体不变型。

2.3、质量好的B1级橡塑产品富含不燃、阻燃、减烟原料，燃烧时产生的烟气浓度极小，而且不熔化，不会有火球滴下，具有自然熄灭特征。

2.4、保温层的厚度要求：

a、铜管外径d≤Φ12.7mm时，保温层厚度δ=15mm以上。

b、铜管外径d≥Φ15.9mm时，保温层厚度δ=20mm以上。

c、铜管外径d≥Φ41.3mm时，保温层厚度δ=25mm以上。

When the outer diameter of C and copper tube is d or more than 41.3mm, the thickness of insulation layer is more than =25mm.

3、分歧管：冷媒在管路中分流时使用，安装是否水平，将会严重影响系统的运行效果和可靠性。

3.1、U型分歧管壁厚，焊接质量好，不会因压力过高而导致爆管。

3.2、安装要求：必须水平安装，分歧管前后必须有0.5m的直线距离；只有严格按此要求安装，室内、外机之间的冷媒才能得到最合理的分配,每台室内机的使用效果和室外机的可靠性才能得到保证。

3.3、电源线:内、外机电源连接线，线径严格按产品要求选用，同一系统内机电源务必统一供电，以保证系统的正常运行。

3.4、合格的铜芯线铜芯应为紫红色、有光泽、手感软。伪劣的铜芯线铜芯为紫黑色、偏黄或偏白，杂质多，机械强度差，韧性不佳，稍用力即会折断。

3.5、接线要求：在线径选用正确的情况下，电源接线必须使用线耳，保证接线牢固，同时必须可靠接地。
