冰蓄冷系统，是在电力负荷较低的用电低谷期，利用优惠电价，采用电制冷空调主机制冰，并贮存在蓄冰设备中；在电力负荷较高的白天，避开高峰电价，停止或间歇运行电制冷空调主机，把蓄冰设备储存的冷量释放出来，以满足建筑物空调负荷的需要。
Ice storage system is to use preferential electricity price to make ice and store it in the ice storage equipment in the low power consumption period with low power load. In the daytime with high power load, avoid the peak electricity price, stop or intermittently operate the ice storage equipment to release the cold stored in order to meet the needs of building air conditioning load.
